Spring Wine Tastings
If a picture is worth a thousand words, this beautiful table set in the spectacular 16th century wine cellar of Restaurant Spring says a lot!The great folks over at Restaurant Spring (and Spring Boutique) are now offering small group wine tastings where your host and expert Josh Adler will guide you through the best and lesser-known regions of France. Not only will he teach you the basics of how to taste wine but your glasses will be paired with pretty snacks from Chef Daniel Rose’s kitchen.
With an easy laid-back approach, he’ll introduce you to six different wines from their favorite artisanal producers and discuss wine and food pairing – with some delicious ‘hands-on’ practice.
The tastings are in English and held on Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm, and selected Saturdays. They can also do private tastings from 12h to 19h Tues – Sat – just contact Josh below for more details.
The tasting includes special “snacks” from the Spring kitchen to go with the selection of wines.
